- Review and comment on aviation-related infrastructure design proposed documentation as submitted by Contractors. This includes facilities that covers Aerodromes, Fixed Base Operations, Air Traffic Management facilities, Heliports, Vertiports and Drone hubs.
- Ensure infrastructure designs comply with Regulatory, ICAO, and other applicable International standards.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in design review outputs and communicate structured recommendations.
- Develop new drone related projects and activities from inception to activation, which includes Asset Development, Land Planning/Development, ensuring aviation assets (helipads, vertiports, runways, taxiways, ATC facilities, vertiports, logistics hubs) integrate seamlessly with district-wide utilities (power, water, ICT) and transport systems that include road, rail and public transport.
- Conduct structured consultations with participating functions as part of Project delivery (mobility, utilities, security, environment, sustainability, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance on airside/landside operational interfaces, ground handling, Air Traffic Management systems, and emergency access.
- Prepare structured integration reports, technical memoranda, and recommendations for review and approval by the Client
- Highlight emerging risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for innovation (e.g., eVTOL integration, advanced air mobility).
